Privacy Policy

1. Our privacy position

Buildr+ is developed by Lab Architect. We do not sell user data, display third-party advertising, or track people across other companies’ apps or websites.

2. Information Buildr+ processes

• Account information such as name, email address, and authentication records.
• Project and construction-document data you create, including contacts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, field records, safety records, and cost documents.
• Photos, files, logos, signatures, and other media you choose to attach.
• Purchase and entitlement status needed to provide optional Pro features.
• Limited technical information needed for security, reliability, and support.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate your account, provide project and document workflows, synchronize data across your signed-in devices, generate requested exports, process support requests, protect the service, and maintain product reliability.

4. Storage and security

Buildr+ uses Cloudflare services for application hosting, account sessions, structured D1 data, and private R2 media. Connections use encrypted HTTPS transport. Private records are scoped to authenticated application users, and media requests require application authorization.

No system can promise absolute security. Protect your credentials and report suspected account misuse promptly.

5. Service providers

Buildr+ uses service providers only where needed to operate the product. These may include Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Apple and Google for sign-in, Apple for App Store distribution and payment processing on iOS and iPadOS, Google for app distribution and payment processing on Android through Google Play, and RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management on every platform. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

A Buildr+ subscription is charged and processed by the store you bought it from — the App Store on iOS and iPadOS, Google Play on Android, or our web checkout. We receive the transaction status needed to unlock, verify, or restore your subscription. We never receive or store your payment-card details.

On every platform, purchase status is verified through RevenueCat, a subscription-management service acting on our behalf. RevenueCat receives your Buildr+ account identifier, your purchase and entitlement history, and your device’s network address.

On Android, Google Play is the merchant of record. We are not the merchant and never see your payment method. A subscription is restored by reinstalling or reopening the app while signed in to the same Google account used to buy it; the entitlement comes back from Google Play. Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment — Google Play on Android, Apple on iOS and iPadOS, and our web checkout for web purchases. We cannot issue a store refund on your behalf on either mobile platform.

7. Advertising and tracking

Buildr+ contains no advertising, no cross-app or cross-site tracking, and no behavioral analytics. It does not use Apple’s advertising identifier, and it does not request Android’s advertising ID permission, so on Android the advertising identifier is unavailable to it. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.

8. Camera, photos, files, and microphone

Camera, photo-library, file, and microphone access is requested only when you choose a feature that needs it—for example, attaching project evidence, selecting a document, or dictating text. You can change device permissions in system settings.

9. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on our behalf, when you direct Buildr+ to share or export a record, when required by law, or as part of a lawful business transfer subject to applicable protections.

10. Your choices

• Review and update available profile and project information in the app.
• Export supported documents and records.
• Revoke device permissions through iOS or Android system settings.
• Delete your account from Buildr+ under Settings → Security → Delete Account.
• Cancel a subscription where you bought it: Google Play account settings on Android, Apple ID subscription settings on iOS and iPadOS, or through our web checkout. Deleting your Buildr+ account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

Account deletion is available directly in the app and can also be requested by email. Our account deletion page gives the exact steps and lists precisely which data is deleted and which is kept.

11. Children

Buildr+ is a professional construction product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
